UN was a South Korean duo under Laful Entertainment (later NH Planning, now NH Media) consisting of Kim Jeonghoon and Choi Jeongwon. They debuted on July 31, 2000 with the album United N-generation. They disbanded in September 2005, but they had a final release, Good Bye & Best, on January 26, 2016. Their name stood for "United N-generation"

In 1999, the two members, who are both from the top universities in Korea, formed UN but it wasn't until July 2000 that they released their first album. In September 2005, five years after their debut and five albums later, their management agency, Laful Entertainment, announced that the duo would disband after the expiration of their contract.
